Jummah at Faisal masjid and viewing a mansion for sale near Islamabad

Dear Diary, today was an eventful day. I really enjoy going to Faisal Masjid to pray jummah. The clean air, the scenery the greenery the very large masjid grounds just makes this experience so much more spiritual. Alhamdulliulah.

What’s the reason for the sale? Sure there’s no land dispute going on or some other legal issue? He looks fed up and is avoiding direct contact with you. Something seems off and it’s very common for Pakistanis to withhold important information from a prospective buyer just to secure a sale and pass the headache on.

Absolutely agree you have to be very careful with housing societies as they are not always legitimate and some houses the government can come and bulldoze 😮 always best to involve solicitor to verify it’s best to opt for CDA and the sectors you might not get much for your money but it’s legit and a straightforward CDA transfer

Sad but true. Same in Bangkadesh, not a single property or land without some sort favrication faulse documents, dispute or lies and deceit. I know I am from BD.

That house is too far out, considering its a new build, the builder could have made the effort to build double walls with insulation and a damp proof course.

That house is def. not 1.5 kanal maybe 20 marla max. The total property looks like 1 kanal total. Its better to stick to Bahria society for proper security and peace of mind.

The actual house looks about 10 marla. But the entire plot is 3 kanal. Is that correct.
