I'm no longer a Christian as an adult, but I will say, during my abusive childhood in my church, Jump5 was one of the few things that kept me hopeful and energetic. I miss those days memorizing all the dance routines and waiting for the next album. I will always be grateful to yall's part in my growth.

I’m so sorry you were hurt like that as a child. Praying you find healing. I hope you will consider giving Jesus another chance. I used to be an atheist, too, but I discovered He is not a myth like they teach us in school; He’s very real. I beg you to pray with a sincere heart and ask Him to show you whether He is real or not. He doesn’t always show us the way we think He should, so I hope you will be patient. I f you start reading your Bible again with an open mind, God will speak to your heart amazing things. It will fill your heart and life with love, and peace.

As a 29 year old, You guys were my childhood for real, along the likes of Dream Street, ATeens, Play, No Secrets, The Calling, NKTOB, LFO, BBMak, 98 Degrees, LMNT, Plus One, OTown, Hoku, BSB, *NSYNC, Britney Spears, Stevie Nicks, Vanessa Carlton, etc. i wish the late 90s and early 00s could happen again if I relive a decade. Thank you guys for everything. If life was reversed then this would be twice in a lifetime. Jump 5 was one of those music groups who made music safe to listen too, radio Disney was one reason why I didn’t grow up listening to rap haha. This documentary was meant to be, to everyone involved thank you for taking the time for making this happen, it’s what we needed during these trying times. Just keep me spinning around. Thanks Brandon, Britney, Libby, Chris, Lesley, and Natasha who’s an honorable mention………….

You guys were our childhood! Our first albums we ever bought (and listened to on our Walkman’s), the first songs we ever performed together as sisters, and our first concert. You’re a huge part of the reason we wanted to become a band! We learned all your dances and jammed to your Christmas album even in the summer, and would fast forward through our Beauty and the Beast VHS tape just to watch your music video at the end. This was beyond special to watch! Thank you for being such positive examples to so many. So much love to all of you from all of us!

I can't believe I just came across this as much KZfaq as I watch! Spinnin' Around was probably my absolute favorite song as a early teen. I am 33 now, and STILL find that song so catchy and great. I loved getting to watch this and learn more about the 5 people that changed my life as a teenager.

I always forget that Jump5 was a Christian group. I'm not a religious person at all, but I always find myself listing to their albums to this day as a 32 year old lol. My brother and I went to not one, but four Jump5 shows! I have a picture somewhere of Libby singing to my brother and his face just lighting up lol. Thank you Jump5 for making our childhood full of amazing memories.

When I was going through a very difficult time in my life as an 8 year old girl - a motorcycle accident with my dad and hospitalization with traumatic brain injury in 2003 - Jump 5's music was my total lifeline and inspiration to keep worshiping, trusting, and pointing to the Lord and His goodness as my source of strength. Thank you, Jump 5!!!! 🥰

God i missed Jump5. Y'all have played such an integral part of my childhood in the early to mid 2000s growing up in Georgia. What even intrigued me to guys is that you guys even used your talents to glorify our lord and savior, like not most teen idols seemed to do that when they came out and i love and appreciate that about you guys. God bless to you guys.

Oh, wow. Thank you for taking us on this Journey. As someone who has worked in the film industry and made documentaries, I know how much work went into this, and it was no easy feat. Brandon, I’m assuming you were the one behind it, and all that time and hard work does not go unnoticed. This was very professionally produced and looks incredible. As two young guys in the middle of nowhere Nebraska with no outlet to learn to dance, but the passion and desire to do whatever it took to learn, you guys were the start of a very long and rewarding journey that is still going on 15 year years later. Also, about two years ago we bumped into Chris who was performing in a Christmas show in Kansas City completely by accident. It was an honor to meet and thank such an incredible influence that led to so much dancing and tumbling! All of you have made such a large impact, and I’m so thankful for all the pieces that came together. Much of my life would look different today if it wasn’t for you all.

This is a fabulous documentary. I keep searching out for more Jump5 and this really shows a new behind the scenes perspective by introducing the narrative behind how things came to be. One part of the story that is missing is Libby’s departure and temporary replacement by Natasha Noack. I would like to learn more about that story. It could be interesting to see Natasha and Libby together for a video and play some Jump5 game like name that tune.

We would jam on our disc mans on the bus to “diamond” or “do ya” or any other great songs you had and not care what anyone thought of us! It was a time in my life where I honestly lived carefree and was so thankful for examples like you and your music! I even had your dance tutorial and tried to learn every dance, even though I really wasn’t all that coordinated 😂 thanks for sharing these memories!!!

Oh man the memories this brought back! In my late teens I would babysit my younger cousins over the summer and we would each pretend we were one of the members of the group and sing your songs at the top of our lungs while driving around. We’d come home and watch the dance tutorials and wish we were brave enough to try backflips. We went out and all bought Nike Shox (like some of you wore) thinking they’d help us do a backflip and become better dancers - didn’t help us at all. And to top it off, we did all go and buy 5 cockatiels and named them after each of you. Obsessed much? We sure were. Thanks for all the music and the memories! Thanks for putting this together.

Yeah, I was very disappointed that they didn't address that either, as well as Chris being gay and his journey of acceptance. I think most of them are still probably pretty conservative Christians, though... So they probably wouldn't be comfortable talking about it. I also think they don't realize that they also had a lot of non religious fans.

Saw them perform at the Disney Christmas parade in 2003 when I was an extra. Never knew they were a Christian group. Their song for the Brother Bear movie was so catchy and fun.

Brandon, thank you so much for putting this together! It’s funny because on August 14/15, I thought to myself that it must be someone’s birthday or something and only yesterday did I remember it was the 20th anniversary of your album! To my delight, you made this documentary. Jump5 was a HUGE part of my life in middle school. They were my escape from my rough life at home with family and my gateway into Christian music. Because of Jump5, I heard about other Christian artists like ZOEgirl and in turn grew to love the Lord more. I don’t think I’d be the person I am today if it wasn’t for your music. I now teach in a Christian school and every year for our graduation video, I use your song “Friends” in the background. Every year, someone will ask me what that amazing song was and I tell them about you guys and your influence on my life. After watching this last night, I binge listened to all your albums on Spotify and cried. I remembered the hours I spent on jump5 fansites as a kid. One of my most poignant memories was January 8, 2004 and reading the news that Libby was leaving Jump5. I wish you guys would have talked about that a bit more. I’m so thankful that you continue to talk about Jump5 and don’t brush it off as some part of your past like other artists sometimes do. Thank you for honouring your fans in such a special way. I loved seeing all the behind the scenes footage in this video that I’ve never seen before. It would be great if you could upload some of that for us long time fans to see. Reading through the comments on this video made me cry, too. I spent hours talking to other jump5 fans online at one point. God bless you all.

I'm watching this right now on my TV. I have a T-shirt of you guys and I believe your whole collection of CDs. You were my childhood. I loved jumping on the trampoline while I was listening to you guys. I would pretend that the trampoline was my stage and that I was apart of Jump 5. I hope all of you have a great life. God bless!

You were literally my favorite band in the entire world as kid. This had me bawling my eyes out. My family still tells me stories about how I used to dance to your music in the living room, watch the dance instruction videos on loop, and watch the documentaries that were released on repeat. I'm pretty sure yall's albums are the first I've ever bought. I'm 27 now, and I still think my love of music, dance, and singing comes from you. I couldn't be more thankful for the impact you made on my life. I still show my friends your videos to this day and geek out! Just know you inspired so many young musicians and dancers out there. Thank you. I can't say it enough.

Watching this (finally) takes me back!! When y'all got started in 2000-2001, I was 9-10 years old, and I feel old now at 31 (almost 32). I have loved listening to y'all since I was a kid, and honestly, I miss y'all doing music. Also, as a dancer/choreographer/singer (among other creative stuff) myself, it would be AMAZING to be able to do even one track with y'all. My kid self would scream in pure joy and excitement. On top of all this, I have always loved that y'all were a Christian group. As a Christian myself, it always meant so much to me. I hope and pray that one day, God blesses me with the opportunity to sing and dance with the members of Jump5, Libby, Leslie, Brandon, Brittany, and Chris. God bless you guys and everyone that had a part in Jump5.

Ok, so I have watched this 3 times this weekend, just trying to figure out how to put into words how amazing this was. First of all, thank you, Brandon and Ashley, for all of the hard work you put into this. I can't even imagine the time, effort and sleepless nights you guys went through to make this for all of us. Now, this was literally like a warm hug from my childhood. As I know SO many of us feel, Jump5 was a part of my life at a crucial time where I was young and trying to find my place in this world. My best friend at the time and I, would spend hours in my basement learning the choreography to every song, not stopping until we got it just right. She was "Leslie" and I was "Brittany" and my dad was convinced I would blow out my voice trying to hit those high notes! Haha. I got to see y'all live two times. One was a Christmas show, and the other one I went to, I got to meet your mom, Brandon! She was working the merch table and was just the absolute sweetest. Jump5's music will live on forever. I truly believe that. I just want to say a huge thank you to all five of you, for the work you guys put in 20 years ago to give us hope and fun, and for you guys now, working to make this documentary so special. I don't know if you'll ever know how much you touched the world this side of heaven, but trust me, your legacy is, and will be lasting. Happy 20 years, Jump5!

This takes me back to such a stressful time growing up and not knowing where I fit in and who I wanted to be. Whenever I played Jump5 all of that went away and I just kept on going. So glad to see this and see everyone doing so well.

Thank you for making this amazing video and I loved all of the stories. Definitely more then I expected and definitely much better then I expected. Wasn't expecting the professional documentary style video. I was thinking we would have more games with all of the members and possibly sing some songs but I would definitely take this since we got the other videos.
FINISH THAT JUMP5 DANCE! with CHRIS from JUMP5!
