I'm the exact same way with visualizing spots everywhere I go, for me it is snowboarding tho. I would even put together an entire video part in my head to a song I'm listening to that I like. I can never turn that part of my brain off even now that I'm 34. When you grow up doing a creative sport like snowboarding, biking or skating it is something you can't really explain to people. The day I stop subconsciously seeing spots everywhere will be a sad day.
