Girrl i feel your pain removing the babies! Somehow every female jumping spider I get ends up laying eggs and they are such a pain🤣 I started hot gluing fake leaves around the tops of their enclosures and they started making their nests on the leaves. It makes it so much easier to remove bc you can grab the whole leaf without destroying the nest as bad 💕🥰

I am absolutely terrified of spiders. The smaller they are the more afraid I am of them. @leastonhill7689
@leastonhill7689 3 жыл бұрын
@@jaschabull2365 yes correct. Tarantulas are beautiful creatures that arent that small. But the babies are so small you dont know where they are... I think it also comes from the fact that most poisonous species of animals dont know how to control their venom as babies so the bite I fear would hurt more and produce more complications. I know alot of spiders fangs are too small to bite humans but the smaller species I'm more frightened of. Not enough to harm though. I dont believe in hurting animals just because I'm afraid of them.

I bought a jumping spider and she double clutched then made a third sack. I never bred her. The worst part is she ended up dying because she just never gave herself enough time to recover. All of the babies died. I tried fruit flies and moist towels I just could not keep any alive. It broke my heart. So I hope with all my heart you do not get the same experience.

Aw!! Sweet chai! Congrats on the successful sack pull!! I just pulled my Texas jumper, Eos's sack two weeks ago. So jelly of your yeild, I only ended up with about 6 slings in total. I wanted to mention something I did to relieve the stress of pulling the sack since it can be so stressful for them. I rolled up a paper towel and tape it to the corner she had her nest in. She took up residence in there and I was able to get her to eat for the first time since laying the sack. Just thought I would share! Awesome video! Thanks for all you do!

The best way I found to deal with relocation is to put packaging tape along the corners of the enclosures so that when they make the egg sac it is usually going to be on the tape and you could just peel the tape off, cut off the excess tape and stick them right into their new enclosure.

Oh my gee Kat. So I came here from watching Petco ((he is a nut and wonderful))and I have been watching for a long time. The passion and love you have for all your little ones is infectious. Can I fully admit I was terrified of any eight legged little homies til I started watching you? The way they all act with you and the way you speak to them like they are the cutest thing in existence has warmed my heart and made me want to cuddle each and every one of them. Heck I’ve been on the lookout for jumping spiders to start a little collection of my own after seeing Chai. Unluckily, no dice. Fingers crossed that these little angels do survive and maybe you’ll end up selling them. I can promise I’ll be first in line yelling take my money. Keep up the amazing work you beautiful creature.
