In an exclusive chat with debutant actor and Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan, who made his debut with Maharaj, he speaks about how he bagged that movie and why he didn't start with a stereotypical love story.
He also opens up on his famous family and how his father Aamir can't handle failures a lot. He also opens up on his sister Ira Khan's mental health.
He also spoke about his cousin Imran Khan's comeback and whether they are close to each other.
He calls Kiran Rao the best actor in the family and how his mother brought him up since his father was very busy.

He laughs with his soul. He is the most genuine person I’ve seen in the media. Even the interviewers seem more put on than him. He is refreshingly a good human being. It goes a long way. he is very likable. he is like one of us. no attitude, no unnecessary ego, or sense or privilege. Not trying to act like someone from a different planet who incarnated here to show us how bad we are. I could go on and on how other actors project themselves to be. He does not do that and I sincerely hope that he stays like this for ever

Good point. One of the major skill for any Indian actor that is required to become a legend is fluency and understanding of Hindi and Urdu language. They help you to deliver dialogues with ease, good facial expressions, and to connect with audiences. While it's true that my crush list keeps getting updated every few months 😂 but honestly I have never been more obsessed with anyone before as I am with Junaid now. The more I am getting to know him, the more I am liking him. Also this is for the first time that I am following someone from their very first film. While watching Maharaj, it actually never felt like it was his first film! He was so good! And now not missing any of his interviews. Such honesty & rawness this guy has! It's hard to not fall for him 💘🥺 I have a firm belief that he is going to become the next big thing in Bollywood. Will eagerly look forward to his future projects. Junaid looks Very sincere. And transparent too. There is innocence in his expressions. Some one commented on his unnecessary laughing in between every sentence. But I strongly feels, this is uniqueness of his personality. No need to change it. And no need to compare him with any one. Included his "Perfectionist" father Aamir.

He is not a conventional hero n does not fit the usual Commercial Hero crieteria. For sure, he is a good actor. He now needs to choose good scripts, and he will do well. The giggling though needs to be tonned down a little 😅 Reena has done a good job in raising both the kids. A diplomatic answer abt Aamir's contributions as a Father in their life. Probably 25% involvement n rest all Reena taking care of them.

In this interview, he comes across as an excited kid who knows nothing but joy. He is himself no matter what. He keeps breaking into a laugh quite often though and his face goes from all straight to crinkled 😅 haven’t seen people laugh like that. But he has more to offer to the audiences and May he get to do that. Maharaj is an impressive movie
