You are such an inspiration to me as I am still going to physical therapy and I exercise 5 days a week. I feel you, Jeremy! Everyday is my neck and spine workout day. You are going to get back to better than where you were before! I have had two separate cervical diskectomy with fusion one with instrumentation from two separate people rear ending cars I was in. the accidents were 14 years apart. I first one was when i was I was 22. The surgeon told me I had the spine of a 45 year old. I asked him if that meant i would have the spine of a 67 year old when i was 45? He didn’t get it and proceeded to give me a list of things i could no longer do. I said forget that and went to work on rebuilding my body so i could do everything on his list of things i supposedly could no longer do. Nucca Chiropractic along with the Chek Institute life changers for me. Keep rebuilding! Love your work especially Wind River!

Awesome keep going and at one time after having a motorcycle accident in august of 83 my leg was broke just above the knee and had learn how to walk all over again with a hollow stainless steel tube wrapped around my bone . The other thing I had was a blood clot that let loose on the last day I was to be released from my leg into my lungs 70% to 30% chance of dying but I pulled through in three days GOD BLESS YOU JEREMY YOU WILL HAVE NO BLOOD CLOTS . IT WILL BE GOOD AND YOU WILL BE ALRIGHT . BLESS YOU JEREMY 😊

Your recovery has helped me push harder, broke my ankle with a bad dislocation … big surgery, year and a half later I have to keep working it pretty much every day to try and keep arthritis from speeding up - every day does in fact involve leg day haha

I feel you... I've lived with Rheumatoid arthritis since I was 13. (Advanved stage RA before age 40) Morning stiffness is real, gentle movement helps with inflammation, even when it hurts. You are an inspiration!

You are really a great inspiration❤ When I was young I was in a work related accident. Wheel chair for 5 months, paralyzed from waist down be a bleading in the spine. Told by the doctors that I could be able to walk again but not more than that. 9 months later I ran 2 miles a day. Another 2 months later 3 miles a day. A contradiction to the doctors experience. Yep, every morning hurts like h-ll. Worse now 3o+ years later. But the way forward? Keep fighting ❤❤❤

I’m fighting Lupus and you inspire me. I do feel like I’m 90 vs 50. It’s frikkin’ horrid- and then I see this. Humbled! You are a rockstar!

I also had an accident ( nothing compared to you !!) but it’s been since 2018. The everyday ups and downs (for me) has been very difficult. 2-3 months after the injuries I stopped all pain medication, and that was an adjustment. I was afraid that it ( addiction) would control me. Please dearJR don’t let what you think is control or addiction, or people’s opinion have any bearing on your rehabilitation. Be confident in accepting help, and eat healthy foods , and be GRACEFUL with yourself. You are an amazing actor and seem to be a kind person. Take it easy on yourself. 🌺 this is coming from a caring place. Much love and Aloha.
