4. Workshop on SB 406 is scheduled for June 27 at 6 pm with CACs, Planning Commission. The Community Plan committee would like to see the SB 406 presentation. We have not received word on the 2001 recommendations and the reasons some recommendations were never implemented, and we have not received word on proposed revisions to R-1 and R-3 ordinances. Discussed possible relationship between these ordinance revisions and implementation of SB 406.
5. Tom Siep expressed his ability to move forward with the drafting process.
6. It was determined that the meeting on June 29 at 2pm is not required at this point, given other outstanding issues.
7. The agenda for the June 17 work session of the community plan committee was reviewed and approved.ng Notes:
