hey sophie, not sure if you edited this out but just make sure you're holding your breathe for 10 seconds after inhaling the advair. you might not be getting results bc not all the drug is getting inhaled. i'm in pharmacy school rn so i noticed lol. hope you feel better. love your content! -Gina

Hey Sophia, I work for a pulmonary doctor and a lot of patients forget to rinse their mouths after using Advair and they end up with sores from that. I'm glad you're in the habit of rinsing your mouth so now it'll just be second nature. If that one doesn't work, there are other types equivalent I'm sure your insurance will cover! Thanks for the video

Hi Sophia, I'm a pharmacist and you are not using the accuhaler correctly. You need to hold it horizontally while sliding the lever. Otherwise you will not get the best result and fix your asthma and gastro problems. Hope you can see this comment. Regards

hey sophia! make sure you dont shake the inhaler around too much after you have loaded the dose of medication just in case any falls out -- you wanna make sure you inhale the entire dose!

Sophie!! I had the same brand of inhaler for my asthma after I had the flu. For me the mistake I was making was I wasn't tilting my head back when I took the puff. Hopefully you'll get better soon!!

hey sophia, are you using an electric toothbrush? if you are, you might wanna be careful not to brush it back and forth too harshly! my doctor says he noticed some recession in my teeth and he asked me if i was brushing it back and forth and pressing the electric toothbrush too much into my teeth. i was like mm maybe 😂😂just letting you know if youre interested!! if not thats totally okaay! love your vlogs so much!!

My grandmother uses that same inhaler! She has really bad asthma too and she has to use that inhaler twice a day in order to be able to walk outside. Anyways, great vlog! I recently subbed and I am pleased with your content
