it's not just the 20 year olds. i'm 43 and in the same boat. it never stops. nobody ever has anything together permanently. it's an impermanent thing. things work well until they don't and everything has to be shifted again. it's ongoing throughout life.

I adore you soo much. Ive been watching your videos since my early 20s and im 29 going on 30. You are such a sweet, genuine and inspiring person and it’s hard not to love your content. I saw your breakup video and I am truely sorry for the loss. Just because you choose to end a relationship does not mean it doesn’t hurt just as much as being the one not deciding to end it. The drastic change is painful in the heart and mind. God has big plans for you and I hope you trust in that when the heartbreak and lack of motivation creeps in. Girl, I get it. Keep your mind occupied with good things and know that everything is ok. God continues to show you that. Don’t be blind to the fact. Thank you for amazing content 🩷

I’m so sorry you’re going through a breakup. I had a devastating one at the end of 2023. What really helped me was a podcast called Breakup Bootcamp with Amy Chan. It’s only 7 episodes long and each one touches on a different phase of the breakup. The episodes are from a scientific approach of what is happening in your body during a breakup on a biological level, and what you can do to help move through the phase. This podcast helped me so much, hopefully it can help you too ❤

They are blank, undated so you can start any month!

I read the book The Idea of You and then watched the movie.. I honestly wasn’t a fan of either. It was a unique story line and I agree that the acting was good. I don’t want to ruin anything but I was disappointed haha.
