I love the idea of writing and then crossing out the things we can't control. It's such a visible and tangible way to help our brains see and understand that some stressors are out of our control. This was a great vlog!

Loved the vlog. I really love the idea of writing down a list and crossing out things you can't control. I really ought to do the whole monthly reset thing, it sounds like a good way to start a new month.

@@spookylittlebooknerd Same here, honestly. And then I get burnt out with my own controlling ways lmao! Write planners and to-do lists, then ignore them because you can't tell me what to do...even though it's me telling me to do it.

Sometimes we just need a good reset. Love the rain at the window and the sticker refresh! At Home With the Horrors is giving me Amityville vibes. That's pretty cool that it comes with art from the book. I hate to let go of my books, but sometimes we got to make room. I have a few I'm debating unhauling, but for one of them I have to read the next one in the series to know for sure.

Awesome vlog! I really need to start doing lists like this. I often stress over things I cannot control and it is unhealthy. The view outside of your window looks familiar to us, we've recently had some serious flooding in my corner of the world. Gig of The Damned looks interesting. Love all the covers in your bookish mail. I hate the idea of doing an unhaul, I just am a sucker for collecting books. 😂

Thank you! We’ve had tornados and flooding here…mostly tornados. 😬 I struggle with unhauling too. It’s so hard! I may do a giveaway or something though which will make me feel better to make other people’s days.
