What: Mystery Lounge: Best Served Gold Contest
When: February 21st - 24th at 10am UTC
Where: Check our Facebook and KZfaq pages each day for the next part of this video series, and log into the game to help April and Dario gather the resources they need to solve the mystery.
How: Each day the videos will tell you what the gang needs to solve the mystery. You will get a small in-game prize for participating each day, and if you complete each daily request, you will receive a spectacular, brand-new decoration!

There might be delays up to the second day, depending on time zone you are playing from, but we assure you that the rewards will eventually arrive in the mailbox on your island. We kindly ask you a little patience before writing in a support ticket. If you have not received the reward after the 2nd day we ask you to write us from the Help button of the game. I appreciate the story, the exotic settings, the games within games, the exceptional art...the work and hours put into creating this fascinating adventure is evident. It is really really wonderful and amazing to play thid game daily.. oh, it is more than a game - it is a hobby, it is my "second job" to care for the island, kerp all the nature there and create landscapes, build houses and beautify them, let people walk around and children play... How do you get the energy drink after watching these??

The first day was serving a drink that gives energy. The second day was gifting a star plant to anyone on your boat. The third day is serving a drink that gives gold bars. These all had to be done by the deadline. The rewards you get in your mailbox on your island. They said some may take a few days but if you don't receive any in a few days then message them from the help option in your game.

I don't, either. But I did gift at least 3 star bushes yesterday. Refreshed my updates in the Google play store. Still no gold drink. I also think on day 1, I was supposed to get an energy drink.

The drink needed for the game is one you already have in your lounge. No special new drink or drink graphic were added to your coffee lounge. Day ONE was to serve any picture of a drink you have as long as the award was ENERGY. TODAY is similar but your drink for today needs to award Gold. It needs to be gifted before midnight German time to count. Hope this helps.

I love this game so much! It is so thoughtful and creative and I love the interactivity. Unfortunately, I have NOT received any gifts since this started. We're on Day 3 now. I understand there are millions of players but I feel that you all should have been more prepared for the roll out of gifts if you were going to offer some. This is so disappointing! :(
