The biggest plot twist of kdrama land was when Hae Soo married Jung.. everybody was rooting for the main lead and the 2nd male lead yet she chose him in the end. She decided to give him her child to raise and protect. Even though she did not love him the way he wanted, he was the only one she trusted to protect her precious child and that's all that matters. Sometimes trust is much better than love.

The one and only prince that never turned back at haesoo. the only prince that loved her more than what he have. the only prince that sacrifice everything for her. the only prince that make her special as the one and only wife of his life. Its just sad, that jung is the prince who let her lived like a normal person of goryeo, no wars, no hates, no politics around her. But, It seems like it was not enough to fulfill all the memories that haesoo and wang so created.

I wish she would have learned to love him... If she hadn't died, you know to fall slowly for his affection and care :'(

Nobody deserves to have hae Soo expect wang jung

I really loved Wang Jung personality. He always loved Hae soo and waited for her to choose him. He didn’t force her to decide. He was such a gentleman. Wang Jung deserved a happy ending.

He holds her /so/ gently. More softly than anyone else. And its so heartwarming when you think he’s a warrior, rough and tough war general, but the way he holds her hand and hugs her is so, soo soft and delicate.

The saddest thing is that she passed away in his hands. I'm literally sobbing right now

This Korean actor has one of the best voices I have ever heard. His voice is very soothing.

I always feel like Hae Soo could end up with any prince. There’s no one prince that destined for her. That’s why she had something for Wang Wook but also Wang So. If only the circumstances allow her to spend more time with Jung in sense that this circumstances make them struggle together they will probably end up together. Some people fall in love because they’re around each other on certain struggle

Hae Soo and Jung could’ve had a happy ending. I remember that Jung loved Hae soo ever since but never really told her because she knew from the start she loves someone else, but it never stopped him. Eventually when they had the moment to be together it was a bad timing everything was so complicated but it never stopped him from showing her and making her feel that he loves her even if she would never know. And now that Hae soo died, he never even got to say how much he loved her. This gave me a reason that i wish jung and hae soo could’ve been a great couple 😭 i cried so much back then

Even thought everyone else says this is a disappointing ending, I feel like jung is the one that cared for haesoo the most throughout and jung deserves to be with haesoo

I didn't notice that Jung loves Hae Soo but the final episode realized me that Jung loves So from the beginning, so heartbreaking

The song is perfect for Jung! Because He really treated Hae Soo better than Wang So and Wook. He truly love Hae soo. Unconditional love indeed! He didn't pressure Soo to do that and this. He just want soo to be happy and free.💕

He is the one who love her unconditionaly... like a good friend or good husband. maybe she dont love him like he wanted to be but she spend her last time with him... such a beautiful love story uri Hwang Jung...

He deserves better appreciation for his character in scarlet heart. He loves her truly and unconditionally.

This drama completely broke my heart!😭 I desperately wanted Wang So and Have Soo to end up together because they had so much chemistry. But Jung was the only one who truly deserved her, and I love how he cared for her and treated her with respect and love, even though she didn't love him back and was carrying his brother's child. And the fact that he raised her daughter after Hae Soo died and treated the girl as if she were his own child hit me in the feels😢 Wang So may have been silver, but Jung was pure gold❤

Although Baekhyun and Nam were also in this drama, Jisoo really stood out for me. His character was the only one that never got me angry while watching this show. He was sincere and selfless.

I just finish watching this drama, and i really love the way he love soo, he protect her until the end and he raised soo daughter like his own. I just found that his love is really pure with soo.

I could tell from the beginning that Jung loved Soo from all the little things he'd do for her or the way he looked at her. But she was too caught up with Wang Wook and Wang So to even realize. He was the better man for her in the end. 💔

Hae soo was the most luckiest girl in that era. Most of the princes liked and loved her. Eun's first love, Wook's second love, Jeung's dream girl and Wang's forever love. We'd never anticipated that at the end of the story she chose to live with Jeung( adorable prince) but her heart belongs to Wang So. ❤️❤️❤️.

As much as I love the chemistry between Wang So and Hae Soo, Jung is the only prince who truly deserved her. He loved with a truly selfless love, even when he knew she loved So, and he didn't force anything on her. He just waited with the patience of an angel for her to come to him. He was so tender and sweet with her, especially during her last days.😭 Jung is boyfriend/husband goals.

It's just hits hard that he's always welcoming her with a warm smile. Even in her death, he was smiling. It was just right for him to take care of her daughter

I originally rooted for the two male leads but as the show progressed, I rooted for Prince Jung the hardest. His love was pure, sincere and unconditional. He never asked for anything in return. He just wanted Soo to be happy and free 😔

The Love he has for Haesoo was selfless, genuine, pure and way beyond what WangSo and Wook had. Prince Jung was always been there for her even though sometimes she doesn't see it. That's why of all the prince, He's the one she chose at the end. Regardless of how much love she had for Prince Jung. Hae Soo knew that he's the only prince that could give her Peace. Proof that she indeed loved Prince Jung was her child.

Every girl deserves a gentleman.

In the end, it wasnt So or Wook, whose love climbed mountains and crossed oceans for hae soo. It was Jung. His pure selfless love set hae soo free. The only love that didnt hurt her in any way. My heart ached for him. I hope he fell in love with someone again and lived a happy life.

By not revealing his feelings, he avoided making her feel uncomfortable for being unable to reciprocate. When he made it possible for Lady Hae Soo to leave the palace, he also allowed her daughter to live a better life far from the queen. In the modern life, her boyfriend did not value her. In the Goryeo period, 4 princes were competing for her affection. What a fantastic script. Thanks for this video. 🥰

I really didn't expect him to love Hae Soo more than anyone could imagine. His love for her could never compare to love of anyone else for this lady. Wang Jung loves her with everything he has. She has a peaceful death in his arms. 💔😭

Out of her three love interests, he's the only one who deserved her, and sadly the only one she never loved back, at least not in the same way. Wook was a huge disappointment and turned his back on her when she needed him the most. So was abusive and toxic since the beginning, he was only ever nice and sweet when things were going his way, but the second he didn't get what he wanted he ALWAYS became aggressive and it's really annoying to me how he turned out to be her "endgame", although they didn't actually stay together, because she died still in love with So when he simply didn't deserve anything at all from her. Jung always respected her and took great care of her, he got the permission to marry her with the intention to protect her if he ever needed to, but he never ever forced her to do anything she didn't want to. He always did his best to make sure she felt safe, comfortable and loved, and even though he knew damn well she would never reciprocate his feelings, he was still there by her side until the very end, unlike the other two. I just watched this drama for the first time this week and honestly I cried like a baby when she died in his arms. Honestly the most disappointing thing about this whole show was seeing how they kept pushing So's sick obsession with Hae Soo as "true love" when Jung was the only one who ever tried and showed her what real love is supposed to look and feel like.

Without us knowing it, Jung fell in love and attention and accepted Hae Soo for who she is. Thanks Jung

My heart aches so much, it hurts so much when she said "why he hasnt reply yet ,i had sent many ,did he hate me so much?" Dang it hurtss,i cried at this scene i cursed at wang soo to how stupid he was , can he just come and hug her for the last time? I came here for Ji soo ...got to know that IU and Baekhyun were also there. Well this time I fell for the main lead instead of the 2nd and other leads. Felt like his eyes and the face had so much to tell...a whole story was hiding behind those eyes. And Ji soo...for the first time I'm seeing him finally getting his love. Even though she didn't love her but I was happy for Ji soo that atleast he got the chance to live with her. I'm in love with ji soo's voice too it feels like I can listen to him all the time.

oh yaar.... this video is enough to make the viewers of this drama cry....... Jung was so considerate about her even when the second main lead was busy in trying to get the throne and he was also so caring toward her when the main lead had to leave her for the sake of throne.... that drama was really heart touching but the ending was just.. it broke my heart that it had no proper end... i'm waiting for the second season or i dont know if it's already on aired... i hope to see a better ending of this story...
