This might actually be the answer to why Jungkook is good at so many things. Because he is good at imitating. He just need to see someone else do it and then he want to challenge himself and see he if he can do it too and he picks up on everything so fast.

He's very observing/attentive to every lil stuff around him that other members, staffs & ppl with him not notice often or not much care about..& Also, his memory is very sharp as he memorise any stuff he observed very long ago for quite long time and draw it down/bring it back exact same when he wants or needed!
