My hometown has a temperate climate that is under the light influence of the North Sea and the warm Gulf Stream. One can speak here of a clear four seasons climate with a cold winter period a warm summer period and autumn and spring taking care of the transition. The precipitation is distributed fairly evenly over the year.

It gets cold in the Netherlands, how do you keep your plants alive? I would to know , because my garden die back every year...
