There are many of these types of farms located throughout Hawaii Island. Most of them are set up like this farm although there are farms that are not completely vegan (i.e. fish, chicken, etc.). The one thing I would recommend is that people research the farms in the areas and have a back up plan (don't come here with no money to get out of bad situations). Some farms are absolutely terrible and border line slave conditions. Those are mostly run by folks who do not actually live on the farm but instead live on the mainland and have a manager running the farm. Also, just like anywhere, there are predators (human ones) that prey on young people. Just be careful. When you find a good place your stay will be absolutely beautiful.

Ja wyjechałam na Hawaje w wieku 21 lat i już tu mieszkam 5 lat. Jak ktos z Polski planuje wycieczkę na Hawaje i ma pytania, to śmiało piszcie 😉

Hi, that looks like a beautiful farm. I think it's time for me to move to Hawaii. What part of the Big Island are you living on ? I understand that there are many different climates on the island and different types of terrain and perhaps different cultural areas. So I have to figure out what would be best for me. I'd like to buy a number of acres so that I could start a farm. Can you give me some ideas ?

I wanna go there! haha although I'm not a raw vegan neither am I a vegan, but I could go vegan for the time being there! Everything looks so incredible! I would be interested in seeing what you eat in a day, and some more videos about your work trade, like what has surprised you or some downsides of being there. :)

That sounds like a good deal. It's not really FREE , but it does make it where you don't have to save or sacrifice as much to be able to do it. I hope you have/had fun and enjoyed yourself. I might starve or feel like I am starving if it is purely vegan and no meat.

We do NOT live in huts in Hawaii, a hut would never withstand the rainy days of the Big Island. Watch a video from locals and not transplants.

Lava covered this place a year ago. All gone. ZONE 1, not a smart spot to build a farm. They learned a hard lesson.
