Most people prefer to live in a city of the beautiful island that Puerto Rico is, but It seems that you are used to live in a jungle, and feel very confortable living like that to plant your own food. Hoping to see the fruit that all those trees and plants will give you. Love that the terrain is flat.

you have a big place sissy, it usually makes sense to go for the most land you can get esp when you love to plant crops and do gardening.. its so fulfilling and rewarding great teamwork

If you claim your property as a resource for agriculture you pay nothing in taxes. I own 3 cuerdas a house built in 2005 and pay less then $300.00 a year

lawak ng hacienda mo buti mahilig si mister sa gardening.. tanim pa more..umuulan na ganyan din dito uulan saglit tapos hihinto handa ka na ng dinner 5pm na..after dinner walking 7pm na maliwanag pa rin

I will inform u both I'm moving and I bring both n of stuff. I told me Filipina friend n she saw your video.. she's moving back to Philippines 🇵🇭 next year. Yeah it was easy there's a lot for sale online we got ours in Craigslist.
