But why is that nearly all these Jrships are already sold out to previous Jrs or to the students of the same college even before the notice is out😅 How many of u all agree.. If not write down those who have really got into Jrship without any unfair means and through pure hard work lets talk

🤔 I don't think all seats are sold. But, I don't have facts or details.. for example Jr ship in AIIMS is based on inicet score..

Sir, do they teach practically in Junior resident ship programme? Because, in this Pandemic, I missed the opportunity to learn RCT in my own college. So, is it necessary that all clinical procedure should one posses?

They won't teach. You can learn by observing, reading and learning outside. you are expected to work on your own. But you usually have helpful people to guide you. So you should apply.

Senior residency is after mds. Junior residency after BDS. Senior residency is based on mds subject topics..

They don't check clinical skills there is only an exam and a interview.

BMC has an official website where they post recruitments. In the same site every year they post junior residency vacancies. But I guess now they are hiring dentists for corona centres. So JR jobs doubtful they will post now.

PG is masters, that is MDS. JRship is junior residency where you work in college or an institution to improve your clinical skills..

Yes at certain places.. but not in dentistry in India..

In the video have explained. Depends on the set up. Some have rotational junior residency while others are at a fixed place doing general treatment.

I really don't know much about the criteria for sr residency. It would be useful if you want to treat more patients to improve your clinical skill. If you are confident you can directly start consulting in whichever field you have done MDS.
