First, this video is dedicated to Margreth ‪@SevenplazaCreative‬ She is fantastic and I just want to gush a bit about her and what she brought into my life these past few months. Through her beautiful projects, lovely personality, and very humorous take on life, she unknowingly brought my crafty life out of a very dim and dusty place. If you don't know her, I'm thrilled to introduce you to her. If you already know her, then you know what I'm talking about!

Hello there! New subscriber here! I follow Margreth at Sevenplaza also and adore her! I have a different devastation story also that got me into junk journaling - the loss of a child, a few years later my sister, brother-in-law and then my nephew. And a few more years later, my parents. I don't film but follow along with all the projects so please keep posting up video's! Very therapeutic!

Hi Kelli…love the video. For printing on transparencies, you have to get transparencies that are made for that. I’m a retired teacher, and I’ve printed a lot of transparencies. They work really well.

Love Margreth too. Kelli, you are so right about her. I just watched last night and ran over to see your video this morning. My goodness, sorry about your mom, 63 is very young. My mom went through something similar. She is back home and feeling great after 5 long months. I never expected she would come back to us, but she did. She is 83 and it took a long time. But she did it. I moved to Florida for the spring/summer to take care of my dad at home and be with mom in her Rehab/Nursing home facility. I ended up having so many craft supplies at my dads house. It got me through some tough times too. You are fabulous. Keep up the beautiful work. Be strong my dear!!

We have an antique store that has an estate sale once a month on the whole weekend and I love to go and get pictures and documents to use in my junk journals. Yeah! I'm so glad I've sparked a little fire for you to get going. Sometimes starting is the hardest part, but once you get gluing down paper, it starts to feel more natural. Pretty soon you'll be crafting up a storm just like she inspired me to! Have fun in the process!

Found your channel by accident and subscribed but do watch Margreth all the time. Another channel to watch is Camelia Crafts. You will love Julie also. Love the style of them. Have a problem with using fabric in journals, just do not like them so do not subscribe to those channels. Been there done that with cutting up my stamps. Try doing some bugs out of vinyl (631). They are great. Keep up the good work, loved the items in your journal

New subscriber here.. I can relate so much to your situation. My dad had a major unprovoked attack when he was only 40 years old. He was in a coma for 7 months 2 clots had to b removed from his brain. We had to learn him how to walk talk and everything all over again. He is 70 now in a care home close to our home. My mam cared for him for 11 years but the 24/7 care was too much and took it's toll. So we had to make the hardest decision ever. You are so inspiring. Stay strong xxx

Hi Michelle! Thanks for subscribing. I'm sorry your family had to go thru all of that. I know for as much heartache that comes with these tough situations, there is also beauty. I'm sure like me, you have also had moments where your heart was lightened by kind things done by others, special moments with your parents, and especially seeing the love and care your mom gave to your dad while she cared for him. Kelli you were wishing you had more frames to use. You just showed how you cut off some frames from tag tickets couldn't you use those for frames.
