This is very nice! It helped me think thru a mixed media challenge on Arteo Mixed Media Art. A page I made looked too plain. You just showed me how to add movement to the page within the rules. I am having trouble being too literal. Your sail boat scene is lovely and not literal. It just appeared from your journal page. Please get help for your dark mood. There are too many things that can go wrong inside of us. Ask your health care provider for a tune-up: vitamin D, thyroid, unwanted Rx effects, peri-menopause. I sorta crashed after cancer treatment was over. I thought another shoe was gonna fall. An oncology psychiatrist got me back to mental health with a medical tune-up. Don’t be afraid of anti-depressants. My daughter’s nearing the end of peri-menopause and finally gave in. An anti-depressant is now helping her sleep at night and is taking the edge off during the day. Good luck to you, sweet lady. You give me a lot of pleasure. ☮️

@@ShelCPaperOcotilloStudio I was a nurse on an in-patient psych unit. A psychiatrist told me that the longer depression goes untreated, the harder it is to treat. It’s something I never forgot. 💕

I also cannot get out of bed lately. The only obligation I am still honoring is my weekly open ceramic/clay studio at my local art center. My pieces have all been a bit dark themed unintentionally, (I tried making a sheep bauble tree ornament and it ended up being a satanic sheep somehow) or I end up spending the 3 hours just sitting there zoning out staring at a ball if clay. Either way I consider it an accomplishment because I was able to actually make it there and be present. I hope your trip helps your health, even if just for a moment. Be patient with yourself ❤️ it’s okay to not be okay. And it’s okay to step aside from KZfaq responsibilities too if that helps your healing. Do what’s best for you!

Hi :) I am OK, but a family member is not. They came home yesterday after 21 days in the hospital. I have been there so have not had a chance to make art or videos at all. Now recovery, more doctors, and learning to live as best we can. Hopefully I can do some art journaling soon!

Not being able to get out of bed sounds like depression. Do you find art to help with that or is it JUST now an obligation because you have the live stream? For a year or so I found my art to be enlivening but lately I've taken a break from it, just haven't felt like do any.
