I love this tutorial. When you said you grabbed the journal when you had to evacuate, I chuckled, with all your hard work I would have done the same. Beautiful journal thank you for sharing.

I absolutely love the way you covered this journal. I’m getting ready to create the cover for my family history journal and want to use fabric. It will have 3 chunky signatures so I’m not sure about a soft cover. Maybe volume 1, 2 and 3! 😁 I’m anxious to try one like this. Thanks for sharing!!! ❤️❤️

Thank you JoDee, I really wanted to try a soft cover so only did a small journal because I agree a large one needs a more robust cover I think. You could cover chipboard with fabric I imagine. So many things to try and only so many hours in the day! lol
