@@user-lp8im7ow8s Harley is one of my fav in DC but when it comes to overall IQ Junko takes it, if you read the manga and the anime including the game, you can see that she's the 2nd or 3rd most intelligent in Danganronpa due to her analytical skills, she also mastered to program and create an A.I, manipulated the whole word, and created an alter ego and multiple personalities, she even has back up plans like Bruce, because even if she died in trigger happy havoc she still was able to create 3 more killing games, now to talk about Harley, her intelligent is high even though we see her as crazy, she can analyze emotions and manipulate others such as red hood and Nightwing, and she's the most expert psychologist in her generations but Junko takes the win, her iq surpassed Harley even though she's still in highschool, overall both are intelligent, but dangan is about intellect and Junko takes the win if we're talking about IQ

@@BluVrry542 You do realize any mid tier martial artist can copy moves and read the opponents emotions through muscle movement right ? Batman can adapt to thousands of years of martial arts combat and 12th level intellect knowledge of martial arts in SECONDS and he's nowhere near the top , and it's only Post Crisis . Everyone in Rebirth scales above this , including Harley since she's above Barbara Gordon and Damien . So Junkos own analytical skills don't compare to most martial artists in DC as they are now , including Harley . And Junko is responsible for ONE killing game , the first one , the rest were That Despair girls fault and I'm another universe .

In the comics, Junko is getting bodied like a fool. In comics Harely Quinn could literally see through anybody, know when they lie or not. Because she was a certified expert at reading the thoughts, and expressions of which they are telling the truth or lying. And she done this on insane psycho’s such as the Joker, who had very bad mental problems and is almost impossible to read. And one of her insane victims, was one relating to Junko Enoshima. A psycho who has many different personalities, and is very hard to read but she saw right through him with whether the insane psycho decided to say a word or not. She calculates the different types of movements, expressions, and words they say to predict them. But she can do with just the movement of someone alone. They can slightly move there hand, or foot to the side, and she already knows there next move before they even think of doing it. So yes in a mental battle, Harely Quinn still slams. In a fight, it’s not even close Harely Quinn destroys easily. She was trained by professional amazons, and she gave even flipping Nightwing a run for his money in a physical fight. And her Agility even rivaled his own, despite Nightwing being professionally trained in Gymnastics. Harely Quinn is complete overkill for Junko, and of course your guys greatest feats you can think of is her ending the world. While Harely Quinn literally started a apocalypse over the entire planet. And she even gave Batman a run for his money in a mental battle, although she lost many times miserably she still put up a good fight. However just like how Joker manipulated Jason Todd the Robin before Tim Drake, Harely Quinn ended up Manipulating the one right after, Tim Drake. He gave her a good fight mentally, but Harely Quinn slammed him Mid Diff. The thing with Harely Quinn is she lets her emotions get the best of her, that’s why people don’t see her so smart. But when she breaks loose of that mentality, she’s a legit monster, more of a monster then Johan, Yuuichi, Light you name it. And she’s proven to be a brilliant tactician, she’s just sensitive. But once she gets the Jokers mentality, of not giving af. Her immunity to manipulation is outrageous. If even Batman struggled, even if it was just a little. Junko doesn’t stand a utter chance. Edit: I forgot to mention, she’s also manipulated Nightwing. Who is smarter then the whole Junko Verse single handedly. Thanks for reading, if you did at least.

Also killing herself in the process just because she was bored, Junko was 2nd smartest in the whole of danganronpa as she started the game, lured people in by manipulating them, while creating a robot as well as a whole ass death trap. Harley is honestly really smart and has a lot of intellect. But junko did this for despair, if she tried danganronpa would be gone. If you watch it. You will see that junko will beat Harley. Last thing. Junko is much stronger than batman and nightwing (I read this! Thanks for taking the time out of your day 😁)
