Temuwabya Bantu banange This is called a salvage Yard. Most of these cars have been through accidents, fire, water or weather damage. Since sometimes it costs more money to fix them than buying a new car, insurance companies instead send these to salvage yards and sell them for parts. When comes to cars, in America we don’t value cars, we see them as reliability, not as asset. However, we do have clueless and uneducated people who spend most of their money on car payments. Secondly, all cars in America MUST have insurance either liability or full coverage. If a car is on loan, it’s required that the car must have full coverage and if that car happened to be in an accident, the insurance will evaluate the cost of repairs vs paying you the value of the car. The majority of the time insurance would pay you the money and the car will be lost and delivered to the junk yard.

When a car in Europe and in America gets an accident, it is at times better to right it off and buy a new one. The car in such circumstances cannot be resold for good money. It has come to the end of its useful life. It is therefore taken to Salvage yard in exchange for a small amount of money. That is exactly what is happening here.

These are flood, accident cars not just thrown away. It's called a junk yard. Don't mislead Ugandans.i get parts from junkyards myself. It's easier for insurance to write them off than repair. Why pay $12000 repair bill when the value of a car is $7000.

A junkyard is used to get rid of vehicles that have been written off that have been damaged, stolen,vandalized or have seized engines,breaks or malfunctioning components that are more expensive to replace because costs of repairing are more than buying a new car .Junkyards are found in most economically advanced countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Germany , Japan, South Korea,Australia, France,Italy,the Nordic and Swengen countries where new cars and old cars are bought on credit and heavily insured by insurance companies.In these countries keeping and parking damaged cars is very expensive and recycling automotives and parts is a mega million dollar business. No one deliberately throws a still roadworthy vehicle into a junkyard as being claimed in this video. There is also a lot of DIY self auto mechanics and collectors of Antique cars . So no need to get excited about this recycling process.If you are overseas and you are looking for rare international vehicle brand parts these junkyards are the source of most replaceable parts and components.
