JUNKYARD John Deere - Will It Run?

2 жыл бұрынThis 46 year old john Deere Chainsaw was saved from the scrap yard and has been kicking around collecting dust in the shop for years. I stumbled on a similar one on a pick and decided it was time to put this old girl back into action. Echo made this model 50V chainsaw for John Deere from 1975-1983 and they are identical to the Echo Model CS-452VL. It has a 44.3ccm engine and runs a 3/8" 72LP Chain.

Good stuff! Was that a good guess on that carburetor kit, or did you recognize it from before?

Thanks! I actually had a hell of a time finding the part number for the John Deere but once it was all apart it turned out to be a pretty common Walbro carb that had the number right on it.
