Wow, i love that! and you are so right, creating a messy lot like a junkyard is not that simple as like throwing stuff on the ground at random haha, and sorry to hear about your dad :( but he sounds like he was a great man that wanted to enjoy his time with you

Another incredible build! My dad was like yours. Even though I’m female, he always took me to work on cars, and he would bring things for me to take apart and fix. I’m my own handyman now! I can’t wait to play on this lot. Thank you so much! 💖♻️

Love it! and so many ways to play! like a rags to riches, with a sim who dumpsterdives/ finds broken stuff and fixes them up for sale all the time

The build is so good but I have to say I'm sorry for your dad's passing. I lost my grandma when I was 7 and it was devastating. Just know he is watching over you in heaven and is proud 😁❤

I uh, never thought I would really ever care for a junkyard in my game... but looking at this, I think it deserves a spot in my game. I like the idea of a retail store that my sims can go and earn. Most of my newer save files are blank worlds that I slowly grow with my own townies or randomly generated by MCCCenter. Having a townie that owns a scrapyard sounds like a logical thing to do!!! Thanks for the build and vid!

Awesome! I recently got it in my head to make a salvage yard on The Sims and this video is exactly what I needed for inspiration. I will definitely download this on the gallery but I will also see if I can make something like this. And the story about your dad touched me. My dad (he passed on long ago) restored old vehicles too. He was a welder and trucker by trade and a very astute hobby auto mechanic.

Love this RG! I have one of those rubbish thrown on ground lots that really is not a good build but I use it as a legacy starter in eco lifestyle - gradually clearing the rubbish and turning it into a nice eco friendly lot! I will be deleting it and replacing it with this one from now! Probably my favourite of your builds - well until I get my Hungary inspired one at least!! ❤️

Hi Mr. RG. .again thank you for sharing this amazing build.. 😄👍💕this junkyard is definitely better than the one I had done but I would still love your opinion on mine.😆. by the way I have a question.. how do you do to open your items menu so big. Is that a MOD ? ??😲..and what pack the item you used for the window fencing!?😰.. every details are just there and soooo cool... as always!😄
