this right here is Junoon at its peak - the music, the attitude, the activism, the long hair. also I love how good the sound and video quality is here (it's from 2000, I would've thought it's in HD!) - please post all the footage from Roskilde and convert the other VHS tapes from 1990s to early 2000s to digital asap so diehard Junoonis can enjoy it during lockdown!

I grew up listening to Junoon and got inspired to become a singer and musician not for the love of music, but the for the desire to break free and sing like Ali Azmat and play like Salman Ahmed. The long, melodious, driving solos and the loud, rebelious vocals of Ali Azmat combined with sufi poetry and soul. Will always love Junoon and what they gave us.

This band was something from other world. The best thing ever happened to Pakistan. Unfortunatly cannot not see anything happening like this to pakistan in near future. :-(

Junoon in its heyday. I think Junoon peaked it at parvaaz. The sound, composition everything was perfect.
