Trust the file and then try running or try to reset your runtime environment.

Internet options --> Connections --> LAN settings --> Bypass local addresses (TICK it). I hope this works.

@@techdose4u no it didn't work.. when I type jupyter notebook in anaconda prompt..it shows port 8888 is busy

I shared whatever worked for me guys.....reset to default settings and try again or else try finding some other blogs or tutorials with different trick. It might help.
