Jurassic Park; One of those classic blockbusters which none of its sequels will ever come close to matching in terms of its overall quality, and I include in that Jurassic World

The moment in the Cinema I see that first scene of the Brachiosaurus walking up to the Tree in JP with the theme music my mouth just literally dropped to floor.

I equate this scene when I first saw KING KONG and Fay Wray was tied to the poles and the FEAR in her face at hearing that thumping of something rattling the trees and my heart was trembling and when his huge face appeared, my terror was as great as hers..... and this scene in Jurassic Park did not inspire fear but wonderness that something known only in books was now real and present, but fear was not a part of this, just awesomeness.

I miss the time when blockbusters actually set the mood and atmosphere through dialogue and storytelling. Not just rely on explosions and crumbling buildings. The new Jurassic World movies have paper thin characters and no restraint.

Reason why this movie is the best dinosaur film because Spielberg treats the dinosaurs with respect. They aren't just some mindless roaring monsters or some kind of hybrid assets..... They are beautiful and intelligent animals... And they paid the due reverence.. Just look at the John Williams music. It is not intense or menacing.... It is beautiful and peaceful as are these beautiful life forms..... One of my favorite film. This is the first film I ever saw...

I still remember my Grandma and Grandad taking me to see this at the cinema. I was about 12 or 13 and now i'm in my 40s and every time I hear the main theme it makes me so happy and sad at the same time. To this day it really show's up a lot of the so called CGI. What a absolute classic that stands the test of time!

Fortunately for you, the basic premise of the movie turns out to be physically impossible. DNA of a dead or extinct organism really cannot be preserved for as long as 7 million years by any physical means, let alone the 65 million year gap between the end of the Cretaceous to today. Fossilized amber itself cannot overcome the half-life limit inherent in DNA.

Of all the sublime great themes the brilliant John Williams has wrote, this for me is his finest. Great though superman, Jaws,ET, Star wars, raiders were and are , this is my particular favourite. Controversial maybe. But i absollutely adore it. It builds so quietly and teaches it's crescendo brilliantly.

Las ultimas peliculas tienen mas dinosaurios efectos, etc. Pero ninguna te hace sentir todas las emociones que te hace sentir esta. Mucha espectativa, suspenso, impacto. Y en las ultimas entregas no se cansan de humillar al T-rex haciendo que le gane otro dino mas grande xD
