Well, that's a matter of opinion, and taste. I have spent way more of my life collecting action figures than Dinosaur models, and I personally prefer models miles over articulated figures when it comes to Dinosaurs. But definitely the best articulated dinosaur models out there, and certainly the best JP franchise figure I have ever seen, at least IMO, I know many will disagree.

I would kinda agree with kiki. I am not the biggest fan of jp, but this figure might be something to pick up in the future👍

Dino Man “Beasts of the Mesozoic”? Their raptors are so poseable the tongues and toes are even articulated. Next up on that line, the ceratopsians, and then the big theropods. But this figure is awesome in its own way.

Zorro theHumble You're on track! Technically, the media and materials you listed are largely what the movie studios have used traditionally; nowadays, from what I've seen they're using alot more silicone, foam rubber and plastics. Steve Winston studios are a real inspiration for me ...they did the actual dinosaur maquettes and animatronic and rod puppets for the Jurassic Park and World franchise. I'm using the materials I show in my videos with a few adjustments I think work better. Watch my series of short videos and I show step by step the quickest way to make a great realistic looking posable seamless dinosaur of any kind, action figure or creature. I'm glad you're going to try it; when you get them right, they're way superior to most models because you can move them like a real animal and they don't have seams. They're relatively light too. The challenge with the foam is it frequently requires ALOT of sculpting; very sharp and/or hot cutting tools (and the right size tools depending on your sculptures' size) and getting small details just right can be an 'adventure'. So I now use Polymer clay to sculpt the body. ..but, yeah you've got the right tools. Stay tuned because I'm always experimenting with different ways of making realistic, seamless posable dinosaurs and creatures.
