The jury just heard a snippet from the recording as a transcript is displayed on monitors inside the courtroom.
"So, what do we got to pay for this? One-fifty?" Trump says, over cross-talk, on the recording.

So much for the idea that he wasn't there at the capacity of attorney... That's is a conversation involving legal proceedings, making this the very definition of a conversation covered by attorney/client privilege. Also making it illegal for the attorney to record and release. Another easy solution... check his billable hours. I guarantee you he wasn't there on his own time to bs with Trump. He was there and being paid (a whole lot of money, I'm sure) to act as Trumps legal advisor.

Several other agencies looked at this case over the years and stated that there was nothing there that they could use to prosecute with. Even Alvin Braggs himself looked at this case years ago and refused to do anything with it.

@@JesusLordofmylife That depends where it was taped. Some states don't have anything against that, as long as you are one of the parties of the conversation. Meaning, it might be illegal to tape someone if you're being nosy and eavesdropping. But if you're recording yourself as part of a conversation, it is not.

One, was this recorded with trumps knowledge being that this was an attorney working for him, too how’s the recording been verified to be an accurate representation of what was said three being that Michael Cohen was attorney and he broke the law recording. This did federal prosecutors give him a special dispensation to usetainted evidence to convict somebody. Wow I thought that when police officers obtain things without going through the correct process it’s throwing out but not in this case everything is acceptable, legal, illegal democrat ran doesn’t matter. If it gets Trump they don’t care about the loss, the legality is the fairness.
