Maddie has GREAT potential, and I see her potential AND I see her as a Go-Getter at the same time. Two of her best traits is SHE IS A GREAT LISTENER and WANTS TO IMPROVE. Her motions are actually pretty good, as she continues her confidence is going to rise, because she has EVERYTHING it takes to rise to the occasion. I see great things for her! Great job team overall, keep working and improving, JCE are stars!

Aaliyah is so good. I loved when they were throwing individual counts. It was effortless.

Yeah she has great musicality! Even though I know a lot of them are strictly cheer, I've seen a lot of great cheerleaders transition onto HBCU dance lines with great success. In fact, Cheerleaders make some of THE BEST dancers!

when coach t told the girl she didnt try and she was so snappy saying " i did try " she def didnt try and she never tries , i always look at her when i watch these videos to see if she has any growth and she doesn't i cant remember her name but i hope she takes this serious but other then that IM SOO PROUD OF EVERYONE ELSE FOR TRYING AND GROWING AND DOING BETTER

Phoebe really has come so far. I have been a long time watcher and her improvement is leaps and bounds. I think she has the potential to work with the rest of the veterans when you are grouping them off but I know you have said in the past she is on the shyer side so that might still be holding her back a little but she should be so proud of herself for whatever work she has put in . Her rhythm and style is really coming up to speed and then some. The other three in the 'need to improve side' ( besides the headscarf girl-she seems a bad attitude and thinks she is putting in the work when she isn't) have a lot of good potential and I can see it clicking for them like it shown for Phoebe in not too long.

Ive been watching jce since faith started but the new girl that coach t said just gave up her energy and her attitude sucks she seems very disrespectful when coach t was talking to her she was looking away ignoring her she needs a a reality check bad
