On point. Every artist should not be boxed inside a specific concept or genre. And yes, it's very brave for Felip to explore and take risks for his craft. Very true too that he's the kind of artist who stays true to himself and his art. Not everyone will really appreciate this kind of dark themed stuff but if you have an eye for arts, i'm sure you'll really appreciate his artistry in this MV. It really fits the title of his EP which he titled COM.PLEX. Felip himself said in his interviews that it's all about embracing our own complexities, that everyone has it and we just have to learn how to own it. Many are saying that this song is just for vibes only and that the lyrics is not that deep. But I disagree. I think it is actually deep and more or less, the MV itself explained the things that he wanted to say but wasn't literally included in the lyrics. Since this is the 1st song for his EP, it just shows how he's now more confident about himself, calling himself a Rocksta and saying we can't handle him, that whenever he shows himself, it'll be too much for us. Coz everytime he sings, his mic is ON FIRE. Like it's his blood, sweat and tears, that's why he's now a rocksta and you just have to watch him without blinking. Even the dances and movements too of the dancers around him implies that many somehow "worships" him but you actually can see him below them, on the ground at the center (truly humble to put the people around him above, o a platform). So even if many hails him as a rocksta, he didn't portray himself as someone at the pedestal but as someone still crawling on the ground. I also like the part where he wore different masks, which for me, means that he has a different personna when he's a rocksta. And the smoking mic in the end shows that his performances lingers even after it ends. I dunno. I just really love his MV. I know that it's just 2min long but there's too much details to explain and interpret if you'll break it down. It's super dope and dark and awesome. Truly setting a standard. He's on fire!!!👑🔥👑🔥👑🔥
