Super excited to see you'd uploaded! I HATE CEX, we've got some really good deals there (including my camera) but the music is so loud it makes me so anxious to the point I cannot go in there if I'm having a bad sensory day. ASDA also makes me anxious at night time when the lights are dimmed.

It’s so comforting to find people with similar issues to me. I’m recovering from a head injury and have Post Concussion Syndrome and so I struggle to go out generally because of sensory overload but the volume of music in shops drives me mad too! I always take my earplugs out with me but some places have their music so loud even the earplugs can’t save me!

my local CEX used to have the music extremely loud then someone complained tot hem now its played at normal levels.

#HollyandCallumSquad Holly I completely feel for you with regards to you getting agitated due to the loud music in CEX. Last year when my mum and I were in Yours Clothing in Cwmbran, Wales, the music there was very loud and that combined with the overwhelming choice of clothes made me feel stressed. On the plus side I remember reading Ladybird books as a child, particularly their Well Loved Tales series and I now have a few of their books for grown ups where they use the original illustrations from original Ladybird books.
