A 45. ACP colt 1911 with a 5.56 suppressor that takes necked-down 7.62 tokarev shells. without a doubt the most realistic toy pistol ever created. jokes aside, this does look pretty cool for kids

I got my first Colt 1911 .45 ACP as a birthday present when I turned 16. Mind you, I couldn't take legal possession of it until I turned 21. I'm 55 now and still own that pistol.

Remember its a toy if its gas power then it would get up wards of 200 fps and it wouldn’t be safe for kids unless there trained to be safe with it

Whoa! I may have to get these. I wonder if they would have any trouble getting though customs. I doubt they would in the US if it were just the toy guns and they were marked as such. It's that fake suppressor that would have me worried. As cool as they are in wouldn't want an officer showing up at my door over a hunk of plastic that launches foam darts.

Doesn't look like it locks back on empty. Seems like that would be an easy enough thing to do. I think this is spring operated. I was wondering if there would be a way to design this to take a CO2 cartridge. Then maybe it could cycle on its own too.

Well obviously it can't shoot half length darts but I have one and put it through a chronograph and got 58 but modified it with a new spring to shoot 94.

@@Bobo-kg4zs no. There's an influx of websites selling these. They all seem to be the same product coming from the same factory. Only issue is, not knowing if you'll actually get the thing you ordered. I ordered two with extra clips, shells, projectiles and attachments (flashlight, laser light, "silencer") but haven't received them yet. Did get a tracking number, but it hasn't updated. :/ If I do get them, I plan on doing a review on my main channel.

Is there any way to make it automatic I don’t mind if it doesn’t shoots but atleast the shell ejecting mechanism should so please let me know I have a glock of the same brand which you have.

Not sure if you knew this, but there's an incredible semi automatic Desert Eagle complete with slide lock function. And yes, it's shell ejecting, also shoot darts and didn't require any battery, gas or prime whatsoever. Fully functional almost exactly like a real gun. And how it works is actually very similar to how the real steel does. Each of the casings has a small spring inside it that shoot specialized micro darts when the gun firing pin slam onto the bullet pin, I'm not a gun expert, but I can tell that this mechanism is *much* closer to the real one than airsoft did. Iirc there's a tear down video here on KZfaq, so if you're a crafty fella, you can probably use it as a reference point on how to tackle it.
