In this video I prepare for you delicious, fluffy and quick rolls. Only 1 ingredient and the cake is as fluffy as a cloud. Just add vinegar (9%). Not many people know this secret! Anyone can prepare this simple recipe)). Give a medal to whoever came up with this recipe.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
300 ml of warm milk.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 5 minutes.
2 eggs.
30 g melted butter.
Mix well.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
1/2 tablespoon of 9% vinegar.
Mixing.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix until smooth.
Sprinkle the table with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Sprinkle dough with 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Form a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough rose well. Airy as a cloud.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Divide into 12 parts.
Spread flour on the cutting board.
Roll them into balls.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Make 2 cuts.
We braid the braid.
Roll up.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
I'll show you again how to shape the bun.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready.
Leave to cool completely.
