Hi! Today we are making Coca-Cola bread. This is a new bread recipe. I love fresh recipes. And I'm happy to share it with you. It's nice to bake homemade bread. I cook my own bread. Simple recipes will help you with this. Just add Coca-Cola to the flour - the result will impress! German recipe. bread is cooking. how to cook baking bread
Cola Bread Recipe:
400 grams of wheat flour.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
8 grams of dry yeast.
200ml Coca-Cola.
25 ml sunflower oil.
1 egg.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!

The only reason I can see for the coke is flavour. Any liquid would do for moisture. Still with that much Coke it would be a sweet bread as Coke is 40+% sugar.

Sorry, aber wieso sollten wir unseren Kindern auch noch Coca Cola ins Brot backen??? Ich denke nicht, dass sie es lieben werden, das eigene Grundwasser abgepumpt zu bekommen, damit sie es danach in Plastikflaschen zurück kaufen dürfen. Das macht nicht nur Nestlé so, sondern Coca Cola ist da auch ganz weit vorn!
