I had completely forgotten my Mom used to make this when I was a young child. It faded from memory because Mom stopped making it. I guess she made this to get us kids to eat before school. She also put sugar in it. That just came back to me now too. LOL.

I cooked this few times after seeing this recipe. Add cinnamon to mashed banana and cook it separately for some time, it will be more delicious..!

Old recipe with new way of cooking. I used to mix milk with eggs. Then fry it in oil. Really delicious recipe. good.... I think this one is better than my style. Easy to digest.

It's very good. I would recommend to put some milk in bowl with eggs. Mix and dip the bread piece in this mixture before flying then In the pan (like we do in France) . A little pinch of cinnamon would be nice in the banana mouse

The banana French toast. I will have to sprinkle brown sugar on top to make it sweeter and crunchy. I eat banana sandwiches with peanut butter and brown sugar.

Its a totally baseless information. There are no dangers associated with eating bananas and eggs together. In fact, they are both excellent sources of nutrients. Bananas are a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin C, potassium, and manganese. Eggs are a good source of protein, selenium, vitamin D, B12, and choline.
