As a huge Ace Attorney fan, Capcom made me so happy with their announcement of the two Miles Edgeworth games. Now we will have all games in the series localized, yes, but the Professor Layton x Phoenix Wright game is still locked behind the 3DS and its pretty expensive now. So stoked for all the Square Enix stuff too. Plenty of JRPGs to feast on throughout the coming months!

I get the feeling MVC Collection will get a nice collector's edition in Japan. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

Thanks for being the only channel I can find on KZfaq covering physical release of games esp on Ps5. Especially since they’re trying to phase out physical media.

Of course VGP put up some other physical preorders right after this came out. Elrentaros Wanderings (known as Rear Sekai in Japan), Phantom Brave, and I still don’t remember you mentioning the preorder for Slitterhead (published by XSEED).

Favorite announcements was Ace Attorney Investigations. Also really looking forward to DQ 1-3, MvC and Fantasian.

I am worried that the next Square Enix games will not come complete on the Nintendo Switch cartridge, it happened with StarOcean and this detail worries me

Metroid Prime 4 hands down took the crown for my most excited reveal trailer.

Dragon Warrior 3 (being from the US and a child of NES, i am calling it Warrior) looks great. Marvel vs. Capcom is a great game. Fantasian needs a physical. I'd like Spray physical.

My favorite announcements were the non-2d JRPGs and your favorite, Marvel Vs Capcom :D I'm so happy seeing how many good RPGs are released from Japan properly localized this year. My wallet is less so.

Dragon Quest III will probably be 'the' RPG release in Japan; might become the best-selling game in the series again, just like in the 80s. In the West - surely not, but it should do decently well at least. Hopefully they mention something about DQ XII soon-ish.

I was excited for several of the games! Especially Dragon Quest & Zelda. I've stopped adding anything to my Switch collection that might not run well but I'm thinking, hoping, those 2 will!

Thanks Jordan! Dragon Quest Erdrick trilogy has me hyped, but l do wish it was a bit cheaper. I've seen $40 suggested and I think that's about right. I'd have preferred them to all release at once, or 1&2 first, but hopefully they tweak the stories of DQ 1&2 to account for the changes presenting the story in this order introduce. Any hint of a Fantasian physical?

A lot of amazing JRPGs releasing this year! I so excited! And I wonder why there is no PS4 physical in America while it is getting one in Japan and Asia? I am also looking forward to Lollipop chainsaw RePop! It looks to be a cool game! And its too band Xbox users will not be able to experience the Marvel VS Capcom collection. No Xbox has been trending on twitter as of late.

Can't say anything besides Metroid Prime 4 made me excited, well, it didn't really made me excited either but it was the closest to being excited while watching that Direct. Sure, neat looking JRPGs, the localizers are probably salivating already to put their memes, fanfictions and beliefs into those games. Also i don't mind playing as Zelda, but the gimmicky gameplay simply looked annoying to me, I just don't think I would enjoy it and wish it was more traditional. What I am interested in is Lollipop Chainsaw as besides copyrighted things the devs claim it's uncensored, besides the censorship mode that tones the violence down, but I don't mind optional censorship too much. I already have Luna Nights from japan.

4:09 I had the same thought, looks way better than Wii/Switch Sports, or even the standalone Mario sports games. But the developer is almost certainly holding it back. I recently bought another Game Mill title featuring a beloved IP, TMNT Wrath of the Mutants, and boy oh boy is it terrible. I'll hold out hope and watch some reviews after release though, maybe there are some Looney Toons fans over at Game Mill that will put some polish on their usual turd.

yep in Italian FARMAGIA sounds like guy with severe speech problems trying to pull off formàggio (cheese) or farmacìa (pharmacy)... made me laugh too ;) And well for Ae Attorney I'll end up getting the switch version from Japan I imagine probably saving quite a few bucks. Luna nights is great and the jp LTD edition does not have a metal case, this looks better but hey I already have it!

Still waiting for the day Persona 3 Portable releases on Switch in Japan so I don’t have to support LRG or a scalper

Square-Enix released the first Octopath Traveller as digital only. If they will not release a physical version then I will not buy it. FACT. The same goes for the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster.

I like the look of the new Zelda, although I have never understood the burning desire people have to play as Zelda. She's not a character. They could just have easily made the same game where Link somehow loses the ability to fight with hia sword and uses the wand instead. Would have made no difference whatsoever. It's not like zelda has always had this wand and we've been dying to use it ourselves in a game. And it's not like the series has an amazing story or zelda has an amazing personality, which would have been reason to want a game focused on her. I'm also disappointed that we're probably getting this instead of remakes of Oracles, which is what I actually wanted.
