stellar profile to crack these interviews but the reality about IIM Interviews is that most interviews of selected candidates are just about decent and nothing exceptional - In fact if you answer 70% of Interview questions you are already in the top bracket!

I am Ananta Chhajer, IIM Ahmedabad Alumni and scored 99.91 percentile in CAT 2018. I converted calls from IIM Ahmedabad, Calcutta, Indore, Lucknow, Kozhikode, XLRI (all top BSchools except IIM Bangalore - I didn't have the call)

Well said brother. Every MBA aspirant must have an accurate picture as to what do you need to have in you to crack the interviews. Yes there may be overachievers but they are handful while majority are normal good students who have the positive and right attitude to convert their call. MBA Aspirant community needs these kinds of videos more often.

Thank you Ananta , I was really worried about PI rounds. As I wasn’t asked a single technical question but the interviewers were really cool with me and were asking random question though I answered with a lot of enthusiasm and humility. Good to hear somebody else is also alike.

No, if you belong to general category because all IIMs have asked for minimum 60% score in 10th and 12th

Bro, Trust me don't think about what will be the good score for you. Have a good study routine, Study the complete syllabus with a proper revision. And give mocks frequently.

Bhaiya, i have not much scored in cat, only 79 percentile and come from NC OBC. But cleared sectional cutoff for major IIMs and got stage 1 call from Vizag and Kozikode and also expecting call from cap calls. Is there any chance to convert any IIMs if i focus tremendously in PI? @@saikiran1050 if you are engineer then aim for no less than 99.5+%ile. Do not set a limit.....score as high as possible

@@saikiran1050 it's not fix as it depends on paper difficulty...this year's paper was very tough so marks went down for that percentile but for you to be on the safer side aim for 100+/198....100+ will give you good chance of final convert

@@user-ko1yv3zf4n quite difficult for A,B bro even for Calcutta you need to have high CAT percentile let me say around 99.5+ could be safe Not to disappoint or discourage you bro but try XLRI Jamshedpur by attempting XAT it is also one of the best MBA colleges in India or try to get above 99.3 and apply for FMS Delhi I guess FMS don't see previous academic performance
