PS2 was way better, this big garbage for PS2 is made by the devs of the game, probably they had zero knowledge about PS2 architecture

@@RICHY3_ Actually, I’m not. Since the PC port is based on the original Xbox version, the PC version is missing subtle enhancements found in the Xbox 360 version (e.g. richer depth to the lighting effects, surfaces, shadows, and overall graphical clarity).

another nfs most wanted 2005 game that puts the xbox 360 version higher but otherwise noticed that the backward version is a little lower in detail than the native version of the ps2

me encantan los juegos de just cause, lo conoci en xbox 360, me compre un pc en 2020, pero no sabia que esta version de pc estaba basada en la version de xbox clasico, siendo inferior graficamente al de 360 pero superior en jugabilidad, eso es lo unico a resaltar, ya que la version de steam carga con muchos errores de instalacion que ni el propio steam detecta, inluso llegue a descargar xenia canary ( emulador de xbox 360) para jugar a dicha version pero el juego se traba en la mision 4, lastima que xbox no contemplo just cause 1 para su retrocompatibilidad.

I think this game was developed for Xbox 360 specifically and then downgraded to run on other platforms.

I think they just downgraded the Xbox 360 version to run on the lower spec hardware of the Ps2 and Xbox. And the Ps2 version took the biggest damage/ downgrades to make a quick port.

PC wins, of course. confused because the 360 has oversaturated shadows and tons of motion blur.. guess the kiddos think that looks better than anti aliasing and more realistic soft shadows LOL

It's as if as it was made just for the Xbox 360. Funny how the PC version don't have the same visuals as the 360 despite dual core CPU and high end GPUs such as the Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT and ATI Radeon X1950 were available at that time. 360 version looks more PC game than the PC version itself.

Another bullshit, how is it possible that PCs theoretical 1080p has 4x3 aspect ratio. Same with X360 - it’s rendered in 720p but the console is outputting 1080p which does not make the game run in 1920x1080.

Siento que todavia se sigue viendo bien, tomando en cuenta que debe haber sido un port rapido de ultimo minuto para llenar las brechas de ventas, y el hardware con menos recursos que la Xbox 360 o incluso ls Xbox original.

This is just a bad work from the devs for the PS2 version, and has nothing to do with the power of the PS2, you can see hundreds other games that looks beautiful on PS2

yeah blah knowledge or not of the architecture of the ps2 which is not optimized for gaming especially the weakest in the field because the gamecube is almost similar but a bit more efficient but that's who is crazy in backwards compatibility which is just a bit less detailed than the ps2 version and I expected better on the ps4 to tell the truth that its architecture is more optimized for gaming and then it is the most powerful of all
