Chocolate dessert without baking, without sugar and without flour.
Ingredients and preparation of the dessert.
0:00 Hello friends.
Today we're going to make an easy flourless chocolate dessert.
0:07 milk (900 ml / 3.5 cups).
0:15 agar (10 g / 1 tbsp).
0:33 Heating.
0:41 Dark Chocolate (200g / 2 bars).
1:11 Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
2:54 shape approx. 26 x 12 x 10 cm / 10.2 x 4.7 x 3.9 inch.
3:06 Refrigerate for 2 hours.
3:12 Dark Chocolate (300g / 3 bars). I used the leftover chocolate from the previous recipe - see the link in the corner.
3:19 Reheat in the microwave or in a water bath.
3:42 vegetable oil (1 tablespoon per 100g / 1 bar of chocolate).
4:33 In the fridge 15 minutes.
