Welcome to dauchsy meditations. This meditation is very simple. It was made to help you sleep. It will help you remove all of those worries, anxieties, and racing thoughts and allow you to relax and just feel good before you fall asleep. It may be hard to believe, but having anxiety is a natural human experience that is actually a good thing. When you feel anxiety, your mind and body are telling you that there is a problem that needs to be solved in your life, but that is for another meditation, right now, you don’t need to solve any problems. Tomorrow is a new day where you can begin that journey. Because Right now, all you will be doing is letting go of those anxieties and worries and just feel good. As you fall asleep at night, you will be feeding your subconscious mind with these good feelings. Your subconscious is most open to suggestion when you are asleep. That’s why it is so important to replace those negative thoughts and worries with joy and gratitude and love and all of those good feelings. When you do this, Instead of waking up having those same feelings of anxiety and dread for the day ahead of you, you will wake up full of joy, full of energy. Those wonderful feelings that you ingrained in your subconscious mind for 8 hours of sleep will continue as you wake up and go on with your day.

I’ve had trouble sleeping during my mother’s illness and since her passing.Last night I slept 9 hours...wonderful channel! I will use it again and again.

I found that instead of fighting constantly to not think about things that were making me anxious, thinking about them really helped me to let it go. I felt great the next morning. This meditation really worked for me, thank you 🧘‍♀️

I find that I'm now usually asleep before the positive affirmations start. This was not the case at first. Getting better all the time. It helps to note my anxieties, then let them go. Gets them done and out of the way. 3 weeks into this sleep meditation. Very relaxing! Thank you.

This anxiety has literally gotten thru darkest grief cptsd acute anxiety disorder recovery opiate addict...this meditation I've used nearly every night for over 2yrs. Ty so much.

I just listened to someone else who tried to suppress the racing thoughts with visualization. My thoughts were still racing, so I came to you. As much as I enjoy many of your meditations, I found that bringing ALL of my worries and anxieties to the surface did not release them, but made them rage all the more. Things that I wasn’t anxious about that were mentioned to bring to the surface stayed with me. I’m now far more on edge than I was before I listened. Thank you for posting, but it had the exact opposite effect.

After doing your meditations and a few other for a yr straight has finally paid..off. thank you. I wish I could explain how much you've helped. I've got PTSD complex and anxiety disorder.
