Just Having Fun High-Centering My Jeep Gladiator On The Rocks

I took my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon to Kansas Rocks for their 20th-anniversary event and found some ledges. My Gladiator got high-centered on many of them, but eventually, I made it over. I have the Artec aluminum bellypan skid plate system. My 2020 Jeep JT is on stock suspension with 35" tires. I don't take my Jeep Gladiator rock crawling like I used to with my previous Jeeps, but I still do occasionally so I'm confident in my driving. Overall the Gladiator's breakover angle really isn't that big of a deal or hindrance.

I’d be really interested in seeing you hit this trail again with a simple 2” lift. And then 37s if it still hangs up 😊

I'm looking at 2" lifts and am having a hard time deciding between kits. I'm sticking with 35s because they're big enough for what I typically do without needing to regear.

I considered them, but I'm not sold on the control arm drop brackets. I occasionally end up on rocks, and I don't want to hit them.

@@Berserkeroffroad Same concern, but I’m thinking the increased ride quality for the road the vast majority of the time might be worth the trade off. I have decided yet, I’m trying to get you to be my test mule.

I was on a wait list for the Mopar list and then ended up going with an EVO. Made me realize how incomplete the Mopar lift was .... I have to say that when you bought the JT it was "this is an overlander", but now you're starting to wheel it pretty hard. Time for a lift and some additional armor. I also just made the jump from 35's to 37's. While I agree that a re-gear is in my future ... it's actually driving fine with the 4.10's
