I faced a guy using light equipment load and a fast light bow in pvp. He was constantly jumping backwards while doing aerial shots and they were pretty much all hitting my head. He had bleed arrows in one slot and either frost bone arrows or ghostflame arrows in other. It was so demoralizing and I got absolutely destroyed in every duel. This guy was good and I couldn't even get a hit in.

People who think melee is the only skilled way to play this game are sweating right now. This is amazing and quite refreshing.

Ideas: How OP can you make: Frenzy, Blackflame, Death, Sleep, and FROST!

I'm surprised that you missed the Black Bow in the Royal Capital. Its a longbow with longbow damage and range but gets the barrage skill and shortbow jumping quckshots. Also, if you do jump shots with the greatbow, you fire your arrow more quickly.

Serpent Bow is actually kind of slept on, if you use the serpent arrows you buy from the merchant in northwest Caelid, the one that sells Spiked Caestus then it ends up being by far the safest and most effective way to apply poison.

Lovely challenge but i think uou’re missing some fun skillshot potential with counter damage and headshot multipliers. You see, when counter damage is calculated thats when the enemy is attacking you and you deal damage to them whike they do so. This is multiplicative(like everything ij elden ring) with the headshot multiplier. Also, a little niche thing with the bows is that the Giant Great Arrows and the Golem’s greatbow with through and through can actually go through the enemy’s hurtbox multiple times.this is normally done on dragon enemies but its still a funny thing to land 3 hits with 1 superarrow. Edit: I wont force ya to do it since ive done a bow build and its grueling at worst. Just have fun with these videos and ill still tune in every once in a while. ^^

I like bows and I really wish they had more utility and were more fun to use. I liked them in the early game during my archer playthrough, but towards the mid game the fun stopped and I rarely use bows anymore. Sigh.

Bows are amazing you just have to build into them, it can be frustrating because you have to do nearly 2 hours total of running around and that stops most everyone from trying, you need to get buffs, proper tailsmans, golden vow, the right amour, and do not use the jar cannon lol, black bow is considered by many to be the best, don't quit because you're not having fun if you don't take the necessary steps to make it fun, you didn't give it a fair try, and you're a KZfaqr, kinda lame to not finish a challenge tbh
