It wasn't a "planned hit" but the Biden DOJ was hoping a firefight would ensue so Trump's life might be claimed as "collateral damage". If it had gone down that way and Trump was, in fact, killed? The Federal Gov't could've easily claimed plausible deniability.

Consensual searches are not usually weapons drawn. I have been part of a consensual search because I am a foster parent. They didn't even search much which turned out to be a mistake on my part and theirs because the runaway kid (not mine) was hiding in a closet. Warrants, they show up in the middle of the night and shoot anyone that moves. So yeah trump got special treatment. But not in the way you think.

They were careful. They waited until trump was not onsite. And informed the secret service and security before they arrived. The secret service apparently knew days in advance. Security was informed less than an hour in advance.

When there is a raid on any premises the use of deadly force is common. The agents already knew Trump would be there and NOT shoot him as that would cause more harm than just arresting him.
