Uhlíky z baterií mají jiné složení materiálů, nežli uhlíky na kolektorové kartáče. Zničíte si tím rotor motoru. Použijte uhlíky na rotační stroj na 220 volt pro zatížení do 10 amper. A mechanicky opracujte na potřebnou velikost.

Remember to show people that you unplug the grinder before taking the brushes out. Can get a nasty jolt from them if you don't - as I discovered one day ..... What you've show is a great. I've got a machine that needs new brushes and it's really difficult to find them where I live ....

Sometimes it is the braided wire strands in the power cord are broken inside the insulation that are broken . It will start and stop from that too .

Засыпать медной стружкой нужно и прессовать, а это всё чепуха, я делаю из больших автомобильных щёток , засыпаю медной стружкой , которую получаю пиля медь напильником и прессую, ходят точно также как и заводские.

Как долго проживут эти щëтки? Как скоро такой графит забьëтся между ламелями коллектора и замкнëт их? В настоящих щëтках медная присадка и определëнная связующая определëнной жëсткости что бы не изнашивать быстро коллектор, но и быстро не крошиться.

Не самая лучшая идея, материал щетки и ламелей якоря - должны соответствовать, иначе щетки через 5 минут сотрутся или якорь выйдет из строя

Электрические контакты клеить нельзя, 6:45 так как клей при высыхание превращается в изолятор! Может😄~этот клей из олова, токо проводящая? Может из ртути изобрели клей🔬🧐?

They're cheap but they are likely hard to get , or two weeks away by Amazon or whoever sells them. This is a decent temporary fix from an intelligent man.

Furthermore, this solution not only takes advantage of waste or available household items, but also helps save costs and also reduces waste released into the environment. This is why most manufacturers of grinders include a spare set of brushes with the tool....it saves a lot of time!

Да да,из хлеба ещё слепить можно. Мало того,что "отважный" юноша (без защиты работает) так и инструмент гробит ( с таким износом щёток 100 пудов повреждён коллектор,так его добить надо зх из чего сделанных щёток и вишенка так сказать,метод подключения оных ....без поводков.

First of all, pull the plug and only use original original collector brushes that are intended for them. In the event of a fire, no insurance company will pay for the damage according to your idea, this is gross negligence because your battery coal can lead to a rollover.
