Спасибо за рецепт!😊предлагаю на пергамонтную бумагу кисточкой обмазать подсолнечным маслом ,так легче собирать с подноса и сытно круглые и квадратные лепешки.Анна. Белорусь

Man muss die Zukini nicht schälen, viele Vitamine gehen damit verloren. Sieht auch besser aus wenn die Schale mitgerissen wird.

I just made this, I don't eat dairy so I replace the cheese with nutritional yeast and it was really good, thanks!!! My courgette was huge so instead of four round pancakes I did one giant rectangular pancake on the baking tray so I could fit it all on and then when it was cooked I cut it into squares. I've saved some for tomorrow, yum! x

I see a lot of different options that these can be used for. Soft tacos and as a pita eaten with hummus for starters. They look really delicious.

Just made this for brunch. Used buckwheat flour instead of oatmeal. I was surprised how light and fluffy the pancakes turned out, but perhaps I used less cheese and a bit more flour. Loved the sour cream topping with grated cucumber and garlic. Very tasty. Will definitely make again, especially since the cucumber/zucchini harvest is coming in strong. 😊 (Michigan USA by the way.)

двойная работа .отжимать на оставшиеся кабачки сок из кабачков....смешные. сразу высыпаю на дуршлаг и оставшуюся жидкость отжимаю в раковину или другуб миску.

У меня через некоторое время овсянка весь сок впитывает. Тем более в духовке эти лепешки получаются сочные. Нужно только приспособиться, сколько геркулеса класть. Иногда я тру в эту массу грибов немного на мелкой терке, зелень кладу, тертую морковку и советую всем все, что осталось, если каша, то и ее можно вмешивать. Добавлю, что есть и более вкусные композиции.

sometimes the peelings can be tough, taste bitter, and some people cannot digest the peeling well. The other parts have vitamins as well. Often times if you buy produce at a regular grocery store, people don't like to eat the peel cause it may have absorbed chemical products that have been sprayed on it.

@@cmnr8487 people are always afraid of stuff they don't understand, they also cut away the brown border (that's not a crust) from their sponge bread, the only part that has a slim chance of containing some value, because people are afraid of brown stuff ? cannot digest peelings - serious ? maybe stop being used to mcDonalds sponge foods. some report came up about lactose-intolerance --> suddenly nearly every body had it... a report about anxiety --> the whole nation has now anxiety-attacks i cannot digest peel, because someone told me so ?

Nice.. I would probably try to add some finely sliced mushrooms or perhaps some asparagus, maybe some thin strips of ham as well. Make it really pop and not just be excellent as it already is. :) Skip the ham for the veggie version of course

I made this today. Out of this world! My herbs were fresh cilantro, fresh basil and fresh dill. Strong flavors fantastic. So filling, less in calories. Definitely a meat replacer! I can't thank you enough for this post.

Здравствуйте! Видела рецепт, где хлопья не измельчают, а добавляют в неотжатые от сока кабачки и дают постоять перед выпеканием. Я очень люблю геркулесовую кашу на завтрак - геркулес разваривается очень быстро, поэтому можете смело готовить из хлопьев, только жидкости немного оставьте, чт.они набухли. Тоже буду сегодня готовить оладьи). Удачи!

Because egg are bad ? Well, the color- and tasteless supermarket balls are. They can print biological/organic multiple times onto them, they still are crap. What about soja-stuff pressed into a shape of a sausage or steak, that's ok, because soooo healthy ?

@guruware8612 Oh, no, guruware8612. Eggs are not bad. Eggs were my favorite go-to-meal any time of day and prepared in any manner, excluding raw. I developed a sensitivity (or allergy) to all parts of the egg, which makes digesting a problem. I really miss deviled eggs and eggy potato salad on summer picnicking, and fried egg sandwiches served at midnight . I am not familiar with "soja", but I'll google it...so far, I have no problem with meats.

I have made these for over 30 years although I do not add cheese. You can also use flour instead of the ground oatmeal. A recipe give to me by the mother of a friend who had a commercial produce farm. I like them as a substitute to hash browns for breakfast. great with a bit of sour cream on top or a bit of pasta sauce.

As someone who is allergic to wheat, it is wonderful to see a recipe, that uses oatmeal instead. It is far from all recipes where you can substitute wheat with oatmeal, but the few where it is possible is appreciated. Give us glutenallergics a break, please! Btw wheat is a poor and unhealthy substitute where other options are available.

The poster never said that the recipe SHOULD have made with wheat flour, s/he only suggested an alternative for people who may not have oatmeal in their pantry and wish to make it now.

I'm in Texas, USA. I have an over abundance of python snake gourd. It tastes similar to zucchini and I have been able to use it as a substitute for zucchini recipes. I made this using snake gourd today. I also added chopped pepperoni. Its baking right now and smells wonderful! Can't wait to taste it! Thank you..

I live in Malaysia now but I'm from Texas. Python snake gourd sounds scary since we have pythons here 😅 We don't have native zucchini do you have a picture or seeds?😊
