肉、海鮮食材は費用がかかるので、健康な野菜、果物を買い、まいぎり式火起こしてBBQをしています。BBQ鉄板の上でアルミホイールで包んだ食材を焼きます。一番美味しいのは、パイナップル、次はバナナ、りんご、さつま芋、百合根、トマト、南瓜、そら豆、里芋、トウモロコシ、椎茸、ピーマン、れんこん、ごぼう、竹の子、ズッキーニ、ごうや、にんにく、レモンなど食しました。味付けはしません。美味しいです。　火起こしが意味のない物に思われますが、間違いです。理由は火を起こし、食生活が、生物食生活から焼き物食品生活に変わり、人類は大きく進化しました。人格は大きくなり、脳も大きくなり、体毛もなく成り現在に至っています。火が人間を造ったのです。焼き物食品を主体とする生活をお勧めします。　火には、まだまだ不思議な力が有ります。電子レンジとは違う力が有ります。焚き火で調理をすると甘く、美味しく成り、消化、吸収、脳への進化に至ると思うからです。焚き火調理で未知の分野を極めよう。
