I missed your live chat and had some time to do just me 😊 before my mother and her dog Chloe wake up. Mom had knee replacement surgery a few weeks ago, sooo not much time to myself. Ruby may develop an interest in swimming, water is scary at first. I had a dog once, rescued from the street so I can’t be sure, but he looked half German Shepherd and half Golden Retriever, Shepherd body and totally Golden face. He never liked the water until I visited my brother in Maine and the dog couldn’t get enough of racing back and forth thru the water and swimming. He was 1 to 2 years old then. Ruby is young. Give her time and experience with the water.
