I'm sorry I'm a bit scruffy this week. It still hurt a bit at the time of filming to shave my face after my wisdom teeth were removed.
I've known the developers of Just Shapes & Beats for a while now. In fact I've been doing off and on projects for Lachhh for many years now. One of my favorite parts of going to cons has been going to visit their booth where they'd always have a massive TV with four poor souls taking on the boss to this amazing track by Danimal Cannon. I heard it over and over and over again and each time I kept thinking, man, wouldn't that be sick as a metal song.
So I finally got around to giving it a go and holy shit was it tricky. I totally underestimated a lot of the arpeggios and break beat stuff. I tried to find the perfect balance between the original and what it would sound like as a metal riff for all the heavy sections. Hope you like what I did with it! There's also a lot of sections that were some of the most difficult guitar lines I've had to do in a very very long time!

*Edit* : Please tell me I'm not the only one who started singing the Miku parts from the original version of this where applicable. I know the whole "I've never clicked a video faster" thing is cliche as hell, but when I saw this my immediate reaction was to verbally go "Oh my God yes, YES, YES PLEASE" while clicking. I was not expecting this and I couldn't be happier.

I've only heard this song in the demo, but it makes me want to play more of it! I was pleasantly surprised to see you cover this, but I think you did a great job balancing between heavy metal and what made the original version sound so catchy. I was so excited to hear the breakdown at 2:00 because that's one of my favorite parts of the song!

I think I liked more your previous looking style, I kinda rocked the young fresh badass billy-goat. But perhaps it's just that your new beard hasn't grown into full power yet, so I'm eager to see it's potential. Maybe you'll end up looking like RichaadEB? It'd be a cool comparison, you both make amazing covers and put so much effort and passion, it's breathtaking
