When the milk is well heated, add vinegar. Mix well. The milk curdled after 2 minutes. The serum separated. Boil for no more than 5 minutes. Transfer the curd mixture. Cover the top with cling film. You can place the load and leave for 3-4 hours. Our cheese is ready. This is a very tasty homemade cheese. They prepare it every week.
